ชำระเงินผ่านระบบธนาคารเท่านั้น
ลำดับการทำงาน รับบรีฟ > มัดจำ 50% หรือเต็มจำนวน > สเก้ชภาพรวม > วาดภาพ/อนิเมท > ตรวจสอบและแก้ไข > จ่ายส่วนที่เหลือ > ส่งงานผ่านอีเมล
ในช่วงการสเก้ชภาพรวมจะมีการส่งตัวเลือกองค์ประกอบภาพและโทนสี ในช่วงนี้ยังสามารถแก้ไขแบบภาพรวมได้อยู่ หลังจากนั้นจะไม่สามารถแก้ได้แล้ว
งานหมวด Art+Motion จะอนิเมท/ขยับตามภาพที่นักวาดคิดว่าเหมาะสมกับการเล่าเรื่องของชิ้นงานที่สุด โดยอิงจากบรีฟหรือไอเดียที่ตกลงกันไว้
มัดจำ 50% ทุกครั้ง ก่อนเริ่มงานเพื่อเป็นการล้อคคิวงานของแต่ละเดือน และเมื่อถึงคิวทางนักวาดจะส่งแบบร่างให้เลือก
สงวนสิทธิ์การคืนเงิน หากได้เริ่มทำงานไปแล้ว สำหรับเป็นค่าเสียเวลา
จะส่งชิ้นงานผ่านอีเมล หลังจากโอนเงินเต็มจำนวนแล้วเท่านั้น
ระยะเวลาการทำงานต่อชิ้นงาน ตั้งแต่ 2 สัปดาห์ ถึง 1 เดือน
หากเกิดการยืดเยื้อในการทำงานโดยมีสาเหตุมาจากผู้ว่าจ้าง เช่น การขาดติดต่อจากผู้ว่าจ้างภายใน 2 อาทิตย์จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม x1.5 จากราคาที่สรุปแล้ว
เมื่อชิ้นงานเสร็จแล้ว นักวาดสามารถนำผลงานลงโปรโมทบน social media และมีสิทธิ์ในการเก็บผลงานทุกชิ้นลง portfolio (มีการใส่ลายน้ำของนักวาดและผู้ว่าจ้างเสมอ)
กระบวนการทำงานตั้งแต่ร่างภาพจนถึงลงสี หรืออนิเมทชิ้นงานจะถูกบันทึกสำหรับทำคอนเท้นลง social media (xp_eter) หากไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่ กรุณาแจ้งก่อนเริ่มงาน
Usage / การใช้งาน
ห้าม นำผลงานไปใช้ทำอะไรก็ตามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AI, NFT, หรือระบบ Cryptocurrency เด็ดขาด
ห้าม แอบอ้างว่าชิ้นงานเป็นผลงานของตน
สามารถให้เครดิตในนาม :P_ETER หรือ sns: @xp_eter
ราคาตั้งต้นรวมสิทธิ์ในการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์แบบครอบคลุมสำหรับการโปรโมท marketing หรือหารายได้ทางอ้อมจากชิ้นงานเท่านั้น

สิทธิ์ในการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ แบบครอบคลุมการนำไปผลิต merchandise, physical products, หรือการใช้งานวาดเพื่อสร้างรายได้โดยตรง: +65% ราคาทั้งหมด (ในส่วนของงานที่เป็นart+motion จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมจากราคาภาพนิ่งเท่านั้น)
การเก็บงานเป็นความลับ ทางนักวาดไม่สามารถนำขึ้น portfolio, โพสลง social media หรือช่องทางต่างๆหลังจากงานจบแล้ว: +20% ราคาทั้งหมด
Minor Revisions (จุดบกพร่องในรายละเอียด หรือการจัดเรียงตัวอักษร) - ฟรี 3 ครั้ง หลังจากนั้นคิดครั้งละ งานวาด:100฿ งานภาพขยับ: 200฿
Major Revisions เฉพาะประเภทงาน Motion เท่านั้น (แก้การขยับ) - ฟรี 1 ครั้งเฉพาะกรณีผิดพลาดจากบรีฟที่ตกลงไว้เท่านั้น นอกเหนือจากนั้นแก้ครั้งละ 750฿
งานเร่ง x3 ราคาทั้งหมด
*เมื่อทำการจ้างงาน ท่านถือว่าได้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้แล้ว
Term of Services
Only accept payment via paypal
Work process: Received brief > rough sketch > 50% deposit or full amount > coloring and rendering > revision > full deposit payment > work send via email
Major changes can be done only during sketch phase, which I will send sketches and mood&tone options for client to choose for further progress.
Art+Motion work will be animate according to artist interpretation on the story of illustration.
50% deposit are required before starting any project. and also for reserving the queue in an available month slot.
Refunds are not allowed when the project has started to protect my time
The final work will be sent via email after receiving the full deposit only
Completion time may vary between 2 weeks to 1 month, starting from when I show you the sketch.
The prolonged project condition due to no response from the client within 2 weeks will be charged with x1.5 additional fee.
I retain the rights to publish commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio and social media( included watermark of both commissioner and artist)
The work process will be record and showcased on the my portfolio and social media(xp_eter). If you don't want your commission to be published, please notify beforehand.
Usage
DO NOT use my works for anything related to AI image generators, NFTs, and cryptocurrency
DO NOT claim commissioned piece as your own work
Credit can be given under :P_ETER or sns: @xp_eter
The base price already include the commercial usage rights but only for promoting or marketing (indirectly making profit from the artwork)
Other Fee
Commercial usage rights in using artwork for producing physical products, merchandise, or any act of monetization : +65% final price (for art+ motion piece, the fee will be calculate from illustration price only)
Private Commission fee I cannot publish my commission piece on my portfolio, social media post, or other publication media : +20% final price
Minor Revisions (slight mistakes, typo adjustment) - 3 free minor revisions, after will charge illustration:5$ Motion: 7$
Major Revisions only for motion work (Edit animation) - 1 free major revision, only in case of artist's mistake that not followed on the agreed brief, after will be charge 25$
