Refunds are not allowed when the project has started to protect my time

The final work will be sent via email after receiving the full deposit only

Once finished, I can post the completed work as promotional material on my social media platforms

The work process will be showcased on the portfolio and social media. If you don't want your commission to be published, please notify beforehand

Keeping the project confidential from publication on my portfolio and social media will require an additional fee: $10 for illustration & $15 for motion graphic

If there is a cancellation after work has started and it is in progress, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances

The prolonged project condition due to no response from the client within 2 weeks will be charged with x1.5 additional fee

I have the rights to put the work in my portfolio (except on 10. condition)
